Family: I am 31 years old with 3 beautiful kids. Kenzie is the oldest, at 7, David the 3rd at 6 and Sherry is 3. I am married to a beautiful lady Amy and have been for 10 years. We were both born and raised in Iowa and moved to NC 8 years ago

Career Highlights:

Well I started racing in 2004 on my stock MTD TASK FORCE. My first race was in Knoxville TN where I finshed 4th out of 5. Then I went to MD for a two day were I actually met Jim, and Sarah, and also Aaron and Stacey Crowel who help me get to my 1st nationals.
My mowchine is a 1962 mtd wizzard started with a 5 horse briggs and 25 inch cut now is pushing close to 25 horse. The fastest I was ever clocked was at a craftsman tractor show and that was 31mph in 2nd gear and less motor. I am a proud member of ARMA.
I really only have two sponsors this year . Carquest of Henderson and Fastnal. I have a lot of support from others though that need mentioning. Auto Max car sales, Briggs automotive and machine, Billys Signs, oh and most importantly, my wife. Without her pushing me and telling me its bed time I wouldn't be were I am at.

Family: Born in Ohio, I've always wanted to do one of two things; clean wagon wheels or farm goats... now I'm deeply devoted to computers, technology, software, and most importantly, my family. Who would have figured that riding a lawn mower would be so much freakin' fun?

Mow thanks to David Lande for helping to get my mowchine ready for the Wilson race.

Yardzilla, hats off to you for working with me on getting this site up and running.

PJ - hope those tires helped keep you in the front of the pack

Family: My wounderful wife Julie who also races SS/IMOW, two wounderful children Ashley and Drew

Mower: I run in the Modx/CP class. I am running a craftsman mower. It is lowered to 5 inches off the ground from front to back. I built it all myself with some info from others. Last year I ran a 15.5 HP 28CID OHV motor. I am going bigger this year with a 16 HP 31CID OHV with all the goodies you can put in it. I hope that my top speed will be around 45-55 on a straight away but we race on an oval dirt track so when you race you don't reach those speeds. The sport is fun and everyone who races has a good time. You never see any fighting like you do in other sport racing. It is just fun as $*@#
